1. About Us

BlackRockCuban is a brand operated by Welux Events Holding. We sell premium wrestling apparel and curate fitness/combat sports products through our store at blackrockcuban.weluxevents.store.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
• Product images are representative — colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration
• Print-on-demand items (Gelato/Printful) are made-to-order and may take 3–7 business days to produce
• Affiliate products link to third-party stores — we are not responsible for their pricing or stock

3. Orders & Payment

• All payments processed securely via Stripe. We never store card data
• Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or technical errors
• If a price error occurs, we will contact you before processing

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping estimated: 3–7 business days production + 3–10 business days delivery (Gelato) or 2–5 days (Printful)
• We ship worldwide. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carrier issues
• Tracking number provided when order is dispatched

5. Returns & Refunds

• Print-on-demand items: Due to custom production, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Defective items: Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos — we will replace or refund
• Wrong item received: We will ship the correct item at no cost
• Refunds processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method

6. Intellectual Property

• All BRC branding, logos, designs, and content are owned by Welux Events Holding
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission
• Affiliate product images remain property of their respective brand owners

7. DMCA — Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to yucolaguilar@gmail.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• URL of the infringing content on our site
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

We will respond within 72 hours and remove infringing content where valid.
